Selection lead logistics provider in consumer goods using AHP – TOPSIS approach

Vendor selection is a strategic activity in order to support the achievement of company`s success and competitiveness. Significantly, company has some specific standards selection. Therefore, evaluation needed see which vendors match company's criteria. The purpose this study was evaluate select proposed vendor decision system using AHP TOPSIS approaches. method used determine importance criteria, while rank alternatives. results show that Provider 1 highest score compared other alternatives with value 0.852. Sensitivity analysis shows methods are robust, suitable for problem, have low rate change.
